IMPORTANT NOTICE

Due to the current covid-19 epidemic, the air parcel service to many destinations has been suspended. Since I do not know when the service will reopen, I temporarily stop taking commission orders from countries which I cannot deliver package to. Please check the list of available destinations below to make sure the mail can still reach your country before you commission me. I'm deeply sorry for the inconvenience. Once the post service comes back to normal, I will start taking commissions from other countries again.

I have the right to decline commission requests for any reason.
I require full payment upfront. Once I've started making your commission or when the materials of your plush have been ordered, you cannot request for refund or change your order.

Please be aware that the wait time includes material purchasing time. If certain materials are in shortage, the total wait time will be longer. I will start working on the commission as soon as possible once I've got all the materials.
I'm not a full-time plush maker and I cannot accept urgent commissions. I will try my best to keep my clients updated on the condition of their commissions. But months of wait time is possible. I don't recommend you to commission me if you're not ready for any of it.
The plushies are handmade(with the help of sewing and embroidery machine). Please refrain expecting plush with factory-quality.
I do my best to sew the plush securely but the hand stitched parts are still more fragile and could get broken by rough handling. Please treat the plush gently to avoid possible damage.
Please make sure the shipping address you give me is correct and complete. I will take a picture of the package label before shipping it out to make sure all the information is correct.
After the package is sent, it's no longer my responsibility. If the package is sent back to me, I will need to charge for shipping fee again.
I have the right to share the pictures of the plush commissions on my own site/portfolio.

Will do:

OCs, fanart, human-looking characters

Will Not do:

furries, mecha and anything that doesn't look human-like.
breasts, gore and sexual organs

OTHER PLUSH TYPES

You can request for other types of plush shown in my plush gallery.(e.g. AC sheep plush)
If you'd like to request for other types that I haven't made before, feel free to discuss with me as well. I'll decide to accept or not according to my capability.
If you're gonna request for something I haven't done before, the price could be higher due to the extra work on creating new patterns. And there will be no samples beforehand either. You will have to take your own risk.

PRICE

20CM HUMAN PLUSH (chibi proportion)

Base price: 150USD per plush (clothes not included)

The actual price depends on the complexity and how many colors are used in the designs.

For example, when the hair style is not flat (pony tails, braids etc) I might charge extra since I need to make new patterns for it.

Additional options:

Clothes:

Base price: 12USD (simple design + solid color)

You can choose clothes set with simple designs like shirt + trousers/skirt
may charge more when the design is complicated or has multiple clothes pieces.

* My plushie size fits doll clothes for the common 20cm kpop doll. I recommend searching for "20cm kpop plush clothes" online to find plush clothes with more variations good quality for your plushie comm. It's okay if you still want to commission clothes from me, but please be aware the price would be higher and it may not have factory-quality*

POSTAGE

The package will be sent from Taiwan.
The shipping service I use is EMS. Usually the shipping fee range from 25~45USD, depends on the delivery regions.
I will provide you tracking number after I send out the package. Please make sure to check the condition of your mail regularly to avoid failed delivery.

Custom Plush Commission Form

I will contact you after I receive your commission request and reply with the quote. The commission will continue if you accept the quote.
After I've got the full payment, the commission is officially accepted.
During the working process, I will give you a sketch of plush design. You can change the designs for two times for free. After two times of changes, I will charge for extra if you want to change anymore. I recommend visual references when you ask for changes to avoid misunderstanding.
I will only continue to work on the plush after I get confirmation from the client. Please make sure to check your e-mail during the commission.
After the commission is finished, I will be able to do major changes. Please make sure to state all of your requests clearly during the sketch confirmation process.
